Payment by check/money order will delay fulfillment of the order by about 3-4 days. We process your order as soon as the check/money order is received and cleared. There is a USD $15.00 penalty charge for each check that is returned or not honored. We also offer you the option to fax, mail, phone or e-mail in your order.

TaxesThe prices of our products exclude New Jersey sales tax. Residents of New Jersey will incur 6% sales tax on all items ordered.

DeliveryWe do everything possible to ship in-stock products within 7-10 business days. Orders are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Post unless otherwise specified. All orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Please provide an address where the order may be delivered reliably during business hours, such as your office or home. We can only deliver to a street address. No P.O. Boxes please. The courier will not reroute the package once it has been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

Please allow 2 to 10 working days delivery time. All deliveries are subject to weather holds so that your selections are not damaged by extreme temperatures. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges - please check with your local customs office.

Return PolicyEvery product we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason a product from this store does not meet your expectation, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery in an unused condition and in its original packaging via Insured Mail along with proof of purchase, and we will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Most exchanges and returns are processed within one week of receipt. DamagedIn the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged, please call or email our customer service and we will send a courier to your home to pick up the product at no extra cost to you. In the event that an order shipped is lost en route, we are required to wait for the claim to be processed which can take up to 8 weeks.
